Mixology Expert

Job Description:

This Mixology Expert role requires a highly skilled individual to prepare and serve beverages to guests in a bar area. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, mixing, garnishing, and presenting drinks using standard ingredient recipes, maintaining stock levels, and handling cash transactions accurately.

Requirements:

• Liquor Laws Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving issues professionally.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.

Compensation and Benefits:

• A competitive salary of approximately $28,000 - $38,000 per year, depending on experience.
