Mixology Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at a prestigious sports venue in Indiana.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced bartender to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner
• Set up assigned bars, requisition and stock all necessary items, and maintain inventory levels
• Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations regarding serving minors and intoxicated guests

• Greets guests warmly and takes orders for drinks, mixing and presenting them according to standard recipes
• Checks guest identification and detects signs of intoxication as trained
• Handles cash transactions, makes change, verifies charges, and records sales
• Cleans and maintains the bar area, including washing and sterilizing stemware, and arranging bottles and glasses attractively

• Prior experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting
• Knowledge of liquor laws and ability to detect intoxication
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A competitive hourly wage of $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience
