Job Opportunity

Pediatric Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to provide full-time school-based services for a local school district.

Responsibilities:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide behavioral intervention services to children with special needs, implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) based programs as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will also:

  • Provide daily modeling and teacher education to ensure behavior intervention strategies are implemented with high treatment fidelity.
  • Work with the crisis team to de-escalate behaviors when applicable.
  • Collect data on all programming as directed by the BCBA.
  • Advise and consult with the family and other agency personnel with BCBA oversight.
  • Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures.
  • Participate with all other interdisciplinary team members effectively and efficiently.
  • Attend team meetings as required.
