About the JobWe are currently hiring a highly skilled Property Repair Specialist to join our team at Sand Companies Inc in Saint Paul, MN. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is passionate about delivering top-notch maintenance services to our residents.

As a Property Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks, including responding to resident work orders, performing routine and emergency repairs, and maintaining accurate records of your work. You will also be required to assist with snow removal, light siding, roof, and concrete repair, and keep the property well maintained.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. A high school diploma or G.E.D. is also required, along with the ability to obtain a CPO certification (Sand Companies Inc will cover costs). Preference will be given to candidates with prior property maintenance experience and a valid Class D Driver's license with a good driving record.
