Medical Device Trainer for Diabetes Education

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Trainer for Diabetes Education to join our team at Sequel Medical Technology. This is an excellent opportunity to work with innovative precision drug delivery devices and make a meaningful impact on people's lives.
The ideal candidate will have a valid professional license in one or more of the following fields: RN, RD, PA, NP, Pharmacist, and a strong background in diabetes education and medical device training. A minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinating and conducting diabetes education with expertise in technical use of diabetes technology is preferred.
About the RoleThis role involves working closely with Territory Business Leaders to deliver clinical education and product training to people with diabetes and healthcare providers, driving product adoption and persistent use. As a Senior Clinical Diabetes Specialist, you will also take on a leadership role within the team by mentoring junior staff, assisting with field sales training, and participating on internal advisory boards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop effective territory planning and strategies with TBL to meet/exceed territory goals.
- Execute clinical selling strategies within assigned accounts.
- Assess referrals for product use in people with diabetes to confirm criteria are met for product utilization.
- Facilitate product education and training for users of Sequel products.
- Drive healthcare provider adoption and confidence in Sequel products by promoting the clinical benefits of automated insulin delivery with Sequel products and conducting impactful product demonstrations.
- A valid professional license in one or more of the following fields: RN, RD, PA, NP, Pharmacist.
- Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) certification is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in diabetes education and medical device training.
