Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Dietitian-Diabetes Specialist to fill a position at Norton Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive diabetes care and education to patients, incorporating nutritional and lifestyle advice to manage their condition effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assess and address psychosocial factors, social determinants of health, and comprehension levels when delivering diabetes care and education to patients.
- Collaborate with organizational departments and external programs to offer robust health and wellness options to patients.
- Develop and implement effective diabetes care plans, incorporating patient feedback and medical history.
Requirements:
- Three years of experience in specialty area.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- One of: CDE or CDCES, Dietitian (State) (KY), Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (National).
Estimated Annual Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
