- Recruit, onboard, train, and oversee store staff, assess their performance, and recommend promotions, transfers, or disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Conduct daily financial transaction monitoring to identify and address cash or inventory discrepancies.
- Minimize stockouts by ensuring timely restocking of shelves, displays, and coolers.
- Prepare and submit weekly product orders punctually, reconciling deliveries with orders placed.
- Oversee foodservice and beverage initiatives to maximize sales and profitability.
- Ensure adherence to sanitation and food handling protocols throughout preparation, storage, and disposal processes.
- Maintain effective store operations, including cash management, inventory control, daily reporting, scheduling, and food service quality.
- Inspect facilities and equipment for safety compliance, submitting requests for necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Uphold cleanliness standards inside and outside the store, ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
- Stay informed of and enforce all company policies and procedures.
- Prioritize safety and security, adhering to all guidelines and promptly addressing any incidents involving customers or team members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations affecting store operations.
- Participate in monthly management meetings and facilitate effective store meetings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably in retail or food service.
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A proven track record of leading by example and maintaining integrity.
- A collaborative team player committed to achieving collective goals.
- Ability to multitask and think quickly in dynamic situations.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements: Must be capable of standing for extended periods. Duties may require frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching, as well as talking and listening. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds. Work safely in environments that may include heat, cold, allergens, noise, and fumes from cleaning agents.
