Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers in a timely manner
  • Gathering essential customer and vehicle details
  • Accurately documenting vehicle issues as reported by customers
  • Assessing and recommending necessary maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history
  • Providing a detailed and precise estimate for labor and parts
  • Setting follow-up appointments
  • Tracking the status of each vehicle throughout the day and keeping customers informed
