- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, prioritizing patient needs and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Assess and recognize subtle or actual changes in patients' status, taking prompt action to address concerns and ensure patient safety.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to nursing staff, promoting efficient use of resources and enhancing patient care.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for quality enhancement and implementing evidence-based practices to drive positive change.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring clear and concise information exchange and promoting a culture of transparency and respect.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- One year of experience as a Registered Nurse (or successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or comparable residency)
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
