We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the safe completion of our projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to read and interpret plans, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct safe jobsite operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage project schedules and timelines, ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Communicate effectively with project members, subcontractors, and clients
  • Control layout, quality control, and safety on the jobsite
  • Track time and costs, and ensure accurate invoicing and delivery
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and write in English proficiently
  • Kansas driver's license (CDL preferred)
  • Pass a rigorous background check and pre-employment drug testing
