We are seeking a highly skilled RN Clinic Administrator to join our team at one of our CBOCs. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. A registered nurse with a bachelor's degree and current licensure is required, along with a minimum of four years' experience in healthcare management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage clinic operations, including staff supervision and performance management.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Clinic Medical Director to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department leaders and external partners.

Requirements
  • A registered nurse with a bachelor's degree and current licensure.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in healthcare management, with expertise in operations, finance, and quality improvement.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business results.
