Maintenance Director

Located in Davis, California, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Terracina Wildhorse, a 70-unit family community.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and supervisory experience, preferably in an apartment community setting. This is a non-exempt position with a Monday through Friday work schedule, offering a competitive salary of $25.75 per hour.
About the RoleThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community, ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and co-workers. Key responsibilities include anticipating, identifying, and correcting any problems involving the property, as well as implementing procedures to prevent such issues.
This role requires effective communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Requirements and Qualifications- At least two years of experience in maintenance, preferably with apartment maintenance
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
