Surgical Technologist

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join their team in Tacoma, Washington.
Job Summary:The Surgical Technologist will play a critical role in the operating room, assisting surgeons and nurses with surgical operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surgical technology and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Assist surgeons and nurses with surgical operations
- Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and instruments
- Ensure a safe and sterile environment for patients
- Communicate effectively with the surgical team
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Nationally Certified in Surgical Technology (NBSTSA)
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute Surg Tech experience
- Trauma Experience preferred, not required
- Travel experience preferred, not required
