Position Overview:

  • Oversee the operational activities of the Leak Prevention Division within the Underground Storage Tank (UST) Section.
  • Lead a team of up to eight personnel, delegating tasks, establishing priorities, and providing necessary training.
  • Engage in community outreach efforts and manage non-corrective action initiatives.
  • Participate in discussions with senior management for strategic decision-making and issue resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and execute enhancements in operational processes.

This role provides the flexibility of full-time remote work within Arizona.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Understanding of environmental management principles and methodologies.
  • Capability to allocate resources effectively, formulate policies, and interpret technical information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the environmental sector.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
