Position Overview:
As an Electrical Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and directing all phases of electrical construction projects from start to finish. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all elements of electrical construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Evaluate intricate electrical systems and blueprints to enhance operational performance.
- Guarantee adherence to contractual obligations and safety standards.
- Effectively oversee project budgets, contracts, procurement processes, and timelines.
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled professionals to achieve project objectives.
- Engage with stakeholders and conduct regular site evaluations.
- Address on-site challenges and provide updates to upper management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction with a focus on site management.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical codes, safety protocols, and industry standards.
- Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, budgeting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in Electrical Safety Management is advantageous.
