Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent and Foreman to join our team at Jobot, a leader in the electrical contracting industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage electrical projects, including planning, execution, and completion
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical contractors and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical contracting, with a focus on project management and supervision
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
