Job OverviewWe are seeking a Part-Time Faculty to join our team. This is an open continuous application process to apply for Part-Time Faculty positions (applicant pool) at Highline College. Applications will remain active from July 1st through June 30th of each fiscal year.
Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Part-Time Faculty, you will contribute to creating a climate of multicultural understanding and appreciation at Highline College. You will teach and mentor students from diverse backgrounds, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect. You will also participate in departmental activities, such as curriculum development and committee work.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational background and relevant professional experience. You will be expected to disclose any substantiated findings or current investigations related to sexual misconduct at your current employment and past employment. You must also submit a Diversity Response, which will be used to assess your effectiveness in promoting a climate of multicultural understanding and appreciation.

SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is between $40,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This estimate is based on the location, job requirements, and market conditions.
