Key Responsibilities- Litigation Management: Manage complex products liability cases, including discovery, motions, trials, and appeals.
- Client Interaction: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and strategic counseling.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex products liability issues, staying up-to-date on evolving laws and regulations.
- Drafting: Prepare persuasive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with partners, associates, and support staff to ensure cohesive and effective case management.
- Regulatory Compliance: Advise clients on regulatory matters related to consumer product safety and compliance with agencies such as the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
- Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Bar Membership: Active membership in the [Insert State] Bar.
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant products liability litigation experience, preferably with a focus on consumer products.
- Skills: Proven track record of managing complex litigation cases, exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills, strong oral advocacy skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
