As part of a large practice with five current Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), this position will support a team of three physicians, ensuring comprehensive care for patients.

Position Level:
The Staff Advanced Practice Provider (APP) plays a crucial role in the care delivery team, responsible for setting standards of care quality. This position involves managing patient care activities and establishing collaborative relationships with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will be placed according to their experience level.
- Possess the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care to patients.

- Deliver care in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills related to patient care.
- Good clinical judgment and the ability to lead others in applying accepted standards of practice.

This position is contingent upon the successful attainment and maintenance of necessary hospital privileges.
Licensure and Education Requirements:
For PA:
- Graduation from an accredited physician assistant program is mandatory.
- A BS or MS degree is preferred.
- Experience in a clinical setting is advantageous.
- Current state PA license and NCCPA certification are required.
- Current CPR certification is necessary.
- Act 34 Clearance is required.
For CRNP:
- Completion of an accredited nurse practitioner program is essential.
- A BSN or MSN degree is preferred.
- Professional nursing and/or nurse practitioner experience is beneficial.
- Current state RN license and CRNP certification are required.
- National certification and eligibility for licensure by the Pennsylvania Board of Nursing are necessary.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- Act 34 Clearance is required.
