ClearBridge Investments, a leading global equity manager with over $193 billion in assets under management, is seeking a talented Technical Solution Architect to join its New York City based Technology and Operations Team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, an understanding of system architecture, proven project management capabilities, excellent written/oral communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects working with stakeholders and project team members. The candidate should excel in collaboration across various teams and demonstrate exemplary teamwork.

We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $175,000 plus discretionary bonus. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead focus groups and research, propose, and manage scalable implementations to drive AI solutions
  • Develop program discipline and governance framework around the implementation and use of AI tools and solutions
  • Manage multiple projects working with stakeholders and project team members
  • Provide clear project updates to senior stakeholders
  • Deliver measurable results through strong execution and accountability
  • Design and develop high quality solutions to provide efficiency and process improvements using scalable and secure enterprise solutioning tools
  • Assist various ClearBridge teams with implementation of standard AI solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-10 years related experience (preferably in asset management)
  • Experience managing business process optimization initiatives
  • Balancing a quantitative mindset and the ability to implement holistic solutions
  • Experience in delivering successful low-code/no-code solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, PowerApps, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse and other third-party tools
  • Experience in process mining and improvements in operational efficiency for automated processes
  • Knowledge of data science and natural language processing
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Desire to be an integral team player across multiple teams
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a high-risk environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with investment buy-side industry systems
