**Job Summary**
As a Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant at Gentiva, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to patients and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and administering medication as directed by the nurse. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
