Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Assembly Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production operations team, you will be responsible for supervising employees who assemble component parts to make assemblies, subassemblies, or completed units.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of subordinate employees to ensure efficient and effective production operations.
- Recruit, select, train, and develop employees to meet the needs of the team.
- Assess employee performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Coordinate work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
