Assembly Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Supervisor to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a key member of our production operations team, you will be responsible for supervising employees who assemble component parts to create complex systems.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of production employees to ensure efficient and effective assembly operations.
- Recruit, select, and train subordinate employees to meet production needs.
- Monitor and control production costs, quality, and productivity.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve overall performance.
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or a related field.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a production environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
