About the Role

At Ulta Beauty, we're seeking a talented Prestige Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales in the prestige category.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, offering recommendations on prestige products and services.
  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding sales goals in the prestige category.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to guests.

Requirements
  • 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated passion for the beauty industry and exceptional guest service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
