Compensation Range: $120,000 - $140,000

Position Overview:

  • Key contributor within the Manufacturing Planning team, concentrating on enhancing processes for optimal production efficiency
  • Partnering with multiple departments to improve the flow of both custom and standard products
  • Establishing and executing demand, supply, and inventory planning methodologies

Core Responsibilities:

  • Creating Supply and Production Plans that align with demand trends
  • Defining ambitious Key Performance Indicators that reflect organizational objectives
  • Collaborating with the VP of Engineering and Manufacturing on strategic projects
  • Formulating and overseeing Master Production Schedules
  • Leading efforts in capacity management and planning
  • Ensuring the precision of ERP settings

  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience with change management initiatives
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Familiarity with Epicor software
