About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Plasma Center Nurse to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a key member of our medical team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our donors while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Donor Eligibility: Determine donor eligibility accurately and in a timely manner, including proper management of informed consent, medical history interview, and physical examination.
  • Medical Support: Evaluate and manage donor reactions, follow SOPs for medical emergencies, and refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs as needed.
  • Communication: Provide exceptional customer service to donors, communicate effectively with the medical team, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Certifications: Current RN license, CPR/AED certification, and basic IV therapy skills.
