Quality Assurance Manager

At Motus, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to lead our quality team and drive excellence in quality management. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and overseeing quality systems, documentation, and processes to exceed customer expectations and achieve world-class excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Maintain Customer Scorecard Reporting Process: Create and manage a customer scorecard reporting process to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead Customer 8Ds and Problem-Solving Activities: Lead and direct customer 8Ds and problem-solving activities to ensure highest customer satisfaction.
- Ensure Timely and Accurate Responses to Customer Requirements: Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer requirements, maintaining a robust and supportive quality culture.
- Support Internal and External Issue Escalation Process: Support internal and external issue escalation process, identifying gaps and corrective actions for issue escalation.
- Maintain Product Quality: Maintain product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures and government requirements, collaborating with other members of management to develop new training methods.
- Prepare Product and Process Quality Reports: Prepare product and process quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, creating a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead Quality Best Business Practice Team Meetings: Lead Quality Best Business Practice team meetings to ensure collaboration between plants to implement best solutions globally.
- Maintain Professional and Technical Knowledge: Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Achieve Financial Objectives: Achieve financial objectives by preparing the quality assurance budget as needed, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Customer Notifications: Responsibility for customer notifications related to quality or delivery issues, including notifying its CB on special quality status per customer specific requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Quality Experience: 7+ years of experience in quality in manufacturing, with 3+ years of experience in Quality Management functions.
- Automotive Industry Experience: Automotive industry experience a plus, with experience directly supporting customer sites a plus.
- Certifications: Certified Lean Manufacturing and/or ASQ certifications a plus.
