Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including health and psychosocial evaluations, monitoring of conditions, and health promotion.
  • Coordinate services to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to resident services and care.
Requirements
  • Two years of LPN experience required.
  • Two years of experience in assisted living or a nursing home setting.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
