Job Summary

BioBridge Global is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Donor Care Specialist, Driver, Mobile to join our team. As a key member of our Donor Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to donors, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the donation process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct medical screening and phlebotomy procedures for donors
  • Provide safe transportation of staff and operational supplies within the service area
  • Support the blood needs of the community by converting donors to make the most impactful donation based on current need and their eligibility/blood type

  • Support, communicate, and reinforce the mission and vision of the enterprise
  • Provide world-class customer service by capturing and being responsive to the voice of the customer (internal or external, including donors for select positions) through multiple feedback channels in order to resolve issues and drive satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma
  • Valid United States Driver's License
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred
  • No prior specific work experience required, but phlebotomy experience in a blood or plasma center is preferred
Working Environment

Works in well-lit, air-conditioned, and heated vehicle or office environments, but may work in confined spaces and non-climate-controlled conditions. Will also work in all outdoor weather conditions. May be exposed to blood-borne pathogens and other conditions common to a full-service blood and tissue center. May be exposed to electrical and chemical hazards and other conditions common to an office environment. May be required to work at any time of the day, evening, or night during the week or weekend. Occasional out-of-town and overnight stays required.
