Job Title: Industrial Network - Solution & Complex Delivery & RF

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Network Solutions Expert to join our team. The selected candidate will be expected to support the RF communication requirements including private cellular solutions for a modern oil-gas company utilizing IP-based transport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and optimize wireless communication systems for industrial applications
  • Collaborate with global peers within the network design operation and support teams to solve challenging problems and implement change
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and drawings for communication tower systems
  • Perform point-to-point backhaul analysis, capacity planning, and use RF propagation tools to ensure optimal network performance
  • Design and implement WiFi systems, including site surveys and controller programming
  • Develop and maintain GIS mapping tool representations with Google Maps, ArcGIS, and/or Mapinfo
Requirements:
  • BS Degree or higher in an engineering discipline, electrical or telecommunications engineering preferred
  • 5 years of relevant verifiable experience in industrial network solutions and wireless communication systems
  • Optimization and design experience with Nokia 4G and/or 5G solutions, Nokia CMU, and AirScale platform
  • Experience with performing point-to-point backhaul analysis, capacity planning, and using RF propagation tools, preferably Atoll
