Peak Toolworks is seeking a highly skilled Talent Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the daily functions of recruiting, onboarding, retention, employee relations, and assisting with company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings, and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Onboarding and Employee Experience: Manage new hire orientation and employee onboarding programs, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees and a positive employee experience.
  • HR Administration: Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs around benefits, leaves, recognition, and morale, maintaining compliance with Country and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, ensuring Peak Toolworks remains compliant and up-to-date.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, addressing concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field of study.
  • Experience: 2+ years of HR experience, with a strong background in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, and/or SPHR certifications are a plus.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office software products, strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
