Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $39.50-$60+ per hour, depending on experience. This competitive compensation package reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the field.

Job Description

As a nursing professional at RiverWoods Manchester, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional resident care in accordance with facility policies, standards of practice, and state regulations.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Instituting evidence-based protocols to promote resident well-being and safety.
  • Assessing and documenting changes in residents' physical or mental status, and reporting findings to the primary care physician and treatment team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of a nursing degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
  • Long-term care experience and specialized knowledge of nursing care for the elderly.
  • A registered nursing (RN) license within the State of New Hampshire.
  • Certification in intravenous administration is preferred.
