Job Summary

The Parts Warehouse Specialist is a key member of our team at Duratech Industries, responsible for managing parts inventory, receiving and storing parts, taking and fulfilling orders, coordinating the shipment of orders, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Pick parts from inventory according to order requirements and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Prepare shipments for outgoing orders, including packaging and labeling, and coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify contents, and process returns according to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and database, and conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of parts to prevent damage or loss, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Operate forklift to route machine parts to other locations within the warehouse or plant.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Warehouse or mechanical experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
  • Ability to navigate facilities and machinery by climbing, balancing, bending, lifting, walking, stooping, and carrying materials.
