Position Details
  • Location: Various sites managed by Compass Group.
  • Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly wage.
Key Responsibilities

The Groundskeeper/Herbicide will be responsible for:

  • Implementing a comprehensive grounds maintenance program, including the care of plants and landscaping.
  • Performing routine inspections of the property to identify and report maintenance needs.
  • Executing tasks such as mowing, trimming, and weeding to ensure a well-kept appearance.
  • Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Providing excellent customer service through attention to detail and professionalism.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license.
  • Prior experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
  • The ability to obtain necessary certifications as required.
