We are in search of a meticulous and well-informed Trust Compliance Analyst. This position is vital for ensuring compliance with all relevant trust legal, regulatory, and fiduciary obligations.
The Clients Risk division is a cohesive team that includes security, BSA, ERM, AML, and fraud compliance, boasting an impressive history of low employee turnover.
As a Trust Compliance Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, industry benchmarks, and fiduciary agreements.
You will also be tasked with reviewing Trust policies and procedures, providing essential recommendations for enhancements, and participating in trust examinations and audits as necessary.
Candidate Qualifications:
The preferred candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of trust regulatory compliance and a proactive mindset towards upholding and enhancing compliance standards.
A background in trust operations or administration, along with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience, is essential. A CFIRS designation is advantageous, although candidates willing to pursue this certification will also be considered. The organization provides support for educational courses and continuing education units (CEUs).Experience in researching, analyzing, and applying trust laws, coupled with the ability to foster strong relationships with management and senior leadership, is essential.
