As a Trust Compliance Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, industry benchmarks, and fiduciary agreements.

You will also be tasked with reviewing Trust policies and procedures, providing essential recommendations for enhancements, and participating in trust examinations and audits as necessary.


Candidate Qualifications:

The preferred candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of trust regulatory compliance and a proactive mindset towards upholding and enhancing compliance standards.

A background in trust operations or administration, along with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience, is essential. A CFIRS designation is advantageous, although candidates willing to pursue this certification will also be considered.
