Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of early childhood educators to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs.
    • Develop and implement effective staff development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our educators.
    • Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations to ensure that our team is meeting the needs of our children and families.
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children and align with the goals and objectives of our center.
    • Collaborate with our program director to ensure that our programs are meeting the needs of our children and families.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Facility Management
    • Ensure that our facility is maintained in a clean and safe manner, and that all necessary licenses and certifications are up-to-date.
    • Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of our facility, including the repair of equipment and the management of our budget.
    • Ensure that our facility is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with our staff, families, and community partners to ensure that our programs are meeting the needs of our children and families.
    • Collaborate with our program director and other stakeholders to ensure that our programs are aligned with the goals and objectives of our center.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with our community partners to ensure that our programs are meeting the needs of our children and families.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of educators.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, families, and community partners.
    • Ability to develop and implement effective educational programs that meet the needs of our children and families.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation and Benefits

$27 per hour
