Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients to determine their mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
Develop and implement individual plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Provide explanations and instructions to patients and their responsible persons.
Demonstrate clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills.
Meet Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
Participate in continuing education and maintain accurate medical records.
Requirements:
Current Illinois Registered Nurse license.
Current CPR/BLS Card.
ACLS-PALS certification.
2 years of experience in nursing.
36 hours of guaranteed minimum hours.
