About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Airport Lot Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while assisting with the rental and return process on our airport lots.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with the rental and return process, including checking cars, processing rentals, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process transactions, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

  • Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 pounds.
