Job Summary

Vishay Sprague, Inc. is seeking a skilled Formation Operator to join our team at our Bennington, VT manufacturing location. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the efficient running of Formation on 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform chemical preparation of materials used in the manufacturing process
  • Operate a variety of automatic and semi-automatic machines and equipment, following process specifications at all times
  • Read meters and perform math calculations, adhering to specific instructions
  • Make minor but sensitive changeovers and set-ups with required extreme accuracy
  • Visually inspect parts for conformance to specifications and record data on lot traveler tickets
  • Communicate process specifics and issues to Engineers and Technicians
Requirements
  • Previous manufacturing experience is helpful
  • May have occasional exposure to dust, noise, heat, and mild chemicals that fall below acceptable limits as established by current government standards
  • Adheres to company quality and safety requirements
  • Must wear required PPE
