Residential Support Professional

Piedmont Community Services is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves working in residential program group homes and/or in-home settings to support adults with intellectual, mental health & developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Transfer individuals to and from wheelchairs
- Train in independent living skills
- Assist with personal care skills
- Support housekeeping skills
- Participate in recreational/leisure activities in the home and community
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record necessary
- Experience working with ID/DD individuals preferred
- CNA certification a plus, but not required
We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide an excellent benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
