Job Summary

This is a Grant Specialist, Donor Stewardship Remote position at The Nature Conservancy.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Donor Relations department. As a Grant Specialist, you will play a critical role in creating and delivering inclusive communications, events, trips, and recognition programs for TNC's core prospects and donors.

You will work closely with our team to provide creative, strategic donor stewardship and engagement opportunities that strengthen relationships, deepen trust, and increase giving to TNC's top priorities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating projects, preparing communications for external constituents, and analyzing and interpreting data. Strong organization skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate projects and prepare communications for external constituents
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform donor stewardship strategies
  • Develop and implement creative, strategic donor stewardship and engagement opportunities
  • Work closely with the team to provide exceptional donor service and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience or equivalent combination
  • Experience coordinating projects and preparing communications for external constituents
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting data to inform donor stewardship strategies
  • Strong organization skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer

The Nature Conservancy offers a competitive salary range of $64,200 - $94,700 for this position, depending on location and qualifications.
