Sub-Zero Group Inc., a leader in the distribution of luxury appliances, is seeking a dedicated Showroom Sales Associate. This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional appliance consultation and shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the appointment scheduling process for showroom visits, including pre-visit discussions.
- Provide outstanding, engaging, and value-driven consultations for customers, whether they are scheduled or walk-in clients.
- Assist customers via phone, manage appointment bookings, share relevant information, and identify their needs.
- Collaborate with dealers and trade professionals to cultivate trust and mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Ensure a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing work environment for both team members and guests.
- Execute a smooth transition from showroom visit to product installation, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Work closely with the Showroom Manager to maintain high standards of service and follow-up, integrating feedback and enhancing product knowledge.
- Support promotional activities and events within the showroom, contributing to overall operations.
- Foster long-term customer relationships through follow-ups, encouraging referrals and repeat business.
- Engage in continuous product knowledge training and development.
- Exhibit organizational skills, efficiency, and teamwork.
- Availability for rotating Saturdays is required.

- Minimum of 3 years in a retail sales environment.
- Experience with computer systems for data tracking (CRM).
- Background in high-end luxury hospitality markets.
- Basic knowledge of design and merchandising is advantageous but not mandatory.
