Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to prepare and serve food in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain high standards of food preparation and sanitation, adhering to recipes and procedures accurately.
  • Contribute to the team by taking initiative and pitching in to help others when needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with food preparation and handling procedures.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Daily Tasks:

  • Arrive on time for each shift and practice proper time reporting.
  • Complete hot and cold food prep assignments by following recipes accurately and safely.
  • Work collaboratively to prepare and serve food in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor food levels on the line and communicate with prep cooks accordingly.
  • Follow station checklists and cleaning lists consistently and thoroughly.
