Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Host at our Lake Norman location. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service that exceeds their expectations.

To succeed in this role, you should have a caring attitude, think and act quickly in a fast-paced environment, and be able to work in a standing position for long periods. No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow with our team is essential.

• Welcome every guest with a smile and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage the wait list and communicate with guests about wait times
• Communicate guest concerns to management when necessary
• Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Support fellow team members when needed
