Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in Kansas City, MO. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting in the operation of various machines and equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines accurately to meet production schedules
- Monitor board quality and report any defects to the operator
- Work at a pace set by the machine operator to maximize piece-rate speed
- Assist operators in adhering to production schedules and make recommendations for optimizing the schedule
- Keep the work area clean and organized
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Ability to learn and operate various machines and equipment
