- Perform semi-skilled HVAC work, including preventive maintenance on various equipment.
- Ability to work at multiple sites throughout the healthcare network.
- Schedule and maintain records of maintenance repairs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable plumbing experience.
- 2+ years of experience in facilities engineering in a hospital environment.
- 5+ years of relevant commercial plumbing experience.
- NYS Backflow Preventer Certification.
- Medical Gas ASSE 6040 certification.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb, bend, and work in tight spaces.
- Onsite at our Main Campus.
- Periodic travel to other facilities may be required.
- $22.00 to $27.00 per hour.
