About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at United Property Restoration Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our facilities, equipment, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver equipment, materials, and supplies to job sites, supporting our field and production staff.
  • Perform daily maintenance of facilities, equipment, and supplies, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Support the Logistics Manager with company dispatching and operation of vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment.
  • Inspect and report safety issues, scheduling routine services on vehicles as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including grounds maintenance as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment and use of a forklift.
  • Previous experience operating heavy equipment is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of construction materials, maintenance systems, and technical operations.
  • Basic knowledge of equipment repair.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player.
  • Must pass a drug test and background check.
  • Able to lift/move 80+ lbs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Ability to support afterhours/weekend emergency services with equipment retrieval.
  • A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required.
  • Willingness to travel to support facilities needs.
  • Forklift certification and/or OSHA 10 are preferred.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm, with the ability to support afterhours needs. Overtime opportunities are available.
