Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Park Place Communities Management. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, enhancing the value of our community, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including curb appeal and grounds maintenance, appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing, and machine and equipment repair.
  • Conduct inspections to identify and address potential issues, and work with vendors to increase and maintain curb appeal.
  • Assist with make-ready process, remodeling, painting, and drywall repairs.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience, with manufactured home experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of City and County manufactured home regulations a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work on-call and as needed during non-business hours.
  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
