In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of our material handling personnel, monitoring production materials to ensure adequate inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers and commercial carriers to meet delivery schedules. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining computer data, planning goals and individual development with direct reports, and reviewing employee performance. Additionally, you will need to communicate issues to Human Resources and develop action plans to correct any problems.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Electric, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering Administration, Materials, or Logistics, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field is required, with supervisory skills and experience preferred. The successful candidate will also possess knowledge of TS 16949 and be able to travel and work at customer sites.
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
