Medical Professional for Disability Assessments

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
This role involves reviewing medical records electronically through a web portal and conducting focused, in-person physical exams on each Veteran.
The successful candidate will document exam findings electronically through the web portal, but will not make disability determinations, as this is the responsibility of the United States Veterans Administration.
This position is an in-person role, with a typical day involving 3-5 patients, and a set schedule during normal business hours with no on-call requirements.
Key attributes for this role include interest in performing independent medical assessments, ability to analyze data from medical records and exam findings, and proficiency in using a computer.
Requirements include a current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license and the ability to work in a clinical setting.
